Whether Trump interviews or testifies makes no difference in his eventual downfall.
MUELLER NATION SERIES OVERVIEW
Understanding Mueller’s strategic approach to the interlocking criminal allegations against Trump and his inner circle as a criminal conspiracy through the use of federal and state criminal indictments.

Current public discourse is rampant with speculation that a Mueller / Trump interview is impending and that just such an interview could come as soon as Valentine’s Day. But there is growing speculation that this is just so much political hype intended to delay the final outcome of Mueller’s investigation than the reality of whether Mueller is actually interested in even talking to Trump at this stage. Let’s pause for a moment and consider why Mueller would even be interested in interviewing or taking a witness statement from Trump at this time.

Trump’s on-going obstruction of justice.
Mueller’s sole interest in a Trump interview or witness statement is limited to a narrow spectrum of primary and secondary grand jury evidence that Trump can only further incriminate himself in. Mueller’s primary interest is expected to further validate who involved in the investigation Trump deliberately targeted to fire and why, leading directly to the question of Trump’s on-going obstruction of justice. For this determination Mueller expects Trump will simply further incriminate himself on: – His reasoning for firing Bhara, Yates, McCabe and Comey; and whether or not Trump further sought to fire Rosenstein and Mueller. In any one and all of these cases Mueller already has documented evidence against Trump for obstruction of justice. However more importantly, taken collectively, these cases will allow Mueller to go directly to the question of Trump’s criminal state of mind and pattern of criminal behavior thus already further proving Trump’s knowledge of and participation in a criminal cover-up.

Trumps involvement and leadership role in the Russian Election Conspiracy.
Mueller’s secondary interest is expected to further validate Trumps involvement and leadership role in the Russian Election Conspiracy, leading directly to the question of Trump’s conspiring against the United States government. To further this determination Mueller expects Trump will incriminate himself on: (1) Whether he was aware of Russia’s
election interference; (2) whether he allowed his team to solicit or accept “dirt” on 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton; (3) What he knew about former national security adviser Michael Flynn’s Russia contacts and misleading statements to the FBI; and (4) His rationale in drafting an initially misleading statement his son released in response to reports that he met with a Russian lawyer at the height of the campaign. Given the number of existing and planned grand jury indictments, arrests, cooperating witnesses, and sworn grand jury evidence Mueller can now obtain RICO grand jury criminal convictions against all of Trump’s people, based on their participation in a pattern of criminal conspiracy against the United States in order to protect Trump, themselves, and their various enterprises thus allowing Mueller to go directly to the question of Trump’s role in the conspiracy and it’s cover-up.

Mueller’s close will be country shaking.
As with past federal RICO grand jury indictments Mueller has now worked his way up the criminal food chain of little fish to secure a successful indictment conviction against the king fish. In this case a president. As is Mueller’s habit in these kinds of indictments just before he closes his case and moves for conviction he gives the kingfisher an opportunity to further incriminate themselves by interviewing them or allowing them to testify before his grand jury. Neither of these are necessary for Mueller to close out his investigate and move for convictions of all involved. So, if Mueller is not going to extend Trump this curtsy now how is he intending to close out his case against Trump? I suggest Mueller’s close will be country shaking.
Mueller will close out the interview issue by issuing Trump a grand jury subpoena. Forcing him to either further incriminate himself or expose him to further charges through sworn testimony or forcing him into taking the 5th. Mueller can then concurrently file an indictment against Trump, allowing it to find its way to the Supreme Court for final disposition, while closing out one or all of his existing grand juries after naming Trump as an unindictable co-conspirator in these gran jury cases. Mueller can then issue multiple grand jury reports of his evidence against Trump through grand jury presentations and DOJ reports to Congress and to the public through “media leaks”. Mueller will then be in a position to launch multiple constitutional Supreme Court Challenges against any presidential pardon attempted to save Trump and to establish presence upon which to move forward with an indictment against Trump while he is in office. Whether things bust loose in this fashion at this time or sometime in the future the country wants to see Mueller take action and soon.
